A law firm, an advisory or public affairs company
You want your clients to understand the context in which you work for them.
You provide your clients with the necessary support, be it strategic, political, legal or technical. You will find them the relevant interlocutors. Yet you may realise that many of your clients know very little about the European Union and the wider landscape in which you toil for them.
It might be a good idea to give your clients an overview of how the EU works. Increasing their familiarity with the EU biosphere can only help the quality of your relationship with your clients, and therefore their level of satisfaction. It will make your life easier.
To do that, you can include in the package you offer your clients a couple of sessions or events where the EU context is discussed openly and informally. It can be a morning on the EU in general, followed by a brown-bag lunch on, say, what the new budget means for Europe, and possibly for them. How about a dinner speech followed by a discussion on the future of European defense? Just pick something that will help you.
