Delphine Nougayrède is a highly-regarded independent international corporate lawyer and legal adviser. She holds law degrees from Paris (licence and doctorate) and London, and a Grande Ecole master in management from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris. Now practising as an advocate in Paris, she has worked as an English solicitor and registered foreign lawyer at the New York bar. In the course of a very dense career, she has focused on a substantial range of cross-border corporate issues. She has worked in a number of well-known laws firms and consultancies.
Delphine Nougayrède has been a guest lecturer on EU company law at Kyiv School of Economics. She has been affiliated with the Columbia Law School in New York for many years, as lecturer, scholar and researcher.
